| Get together - Monday 15 June |
| We invite all delegates to an informal get together at 6 pm on Monday 15 June at the conference venue. Wine and appetizers will be served. This will be an excellent opportunity to meet new colleagues and to renew old friendships. The get together is included in the registration fee. |

| Welcome reception - Tuesday 16 June |
| The city of Oslo invites all delegates to a reception at 7 pm at the Oslo City Hall on Tuesday 16 June. Sparkling wine, appetizers, fruit and snacks will be served. For those of you with an interest in architecture and art, it will be possible to have a guided tour of the City Hall. The welcome reception is included in the registration fee. |

| Conference evening event - Wednesday 17 June |
| The event will include a visit to the new Oslo Opera and Ballet House on the seafront which has attracted world attention for its daring architecture. After the visit to the Oslo Opera we will have a short boat-trip to Oslo's restaurant area "Aker Brygge" which offers a panorama view of the Oslo fjord. At the restaurant “Latter” you can dance, enjoy tapas and beverages, mingle with your colleagues and have a good time. Price per person: NOK 800. |
