Participants from Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia-Montenegro, Croatia and Makedonia can apply for financial support (travel expenses) through the Norwegian Embassy in these countries.
Currently there is no Embassy in Albania, but you can forward your request to the Embassy in Makedonia.

The registration fee for participants includes:

Cancellation policy

  
Cancellation must be in writing to ecots@tsforum.no 

If cancellation is received before 15 May 2009 we will refund your registration fee minus an administration fee on NOK 500. 
If cancellation is received after 15 May 2009 no refund. 

Cancellation of accommodation can be made without charges before 15 May 2009. If cancellation is received after 15 May 2009 you will be charged for one night.
